The Citadel Theatre seeks a reliable, customer service-oriented Bar Supervisor for its Guest Services Department. Reporting to Front of House Operations leadership, you will guide bar staff and support patrons throughout service. The work includes bartending, inventory, cash handling, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the bar team and support excellent patron service
- Pour and mix cocktails, beer, and wine
- Process transactions, handle cash, and run POS reports
- Maintain inventory and accurate product communication
- Keep service areas meticulously clean throughout operations

Requirements:

- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional daytime shifts
- One to two years of restaurant experience
- Bartending experience considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height
