Paladin Security seeks a Mobile Supervisor to support guards across local client locations. The position combines operational oversight, Tracktik checkpoint installation, fleet inspections, and clear communication. You will help maintain service standards, identify training gaps, and document shift activity while working nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise mobile guards actively throughout field operations
- Conduct regular patrols and respond to alarms
- Monitor mobile units and provide hands-on assistance
- Install Tracktik checkpoints with written authorization
- Submit fleet inspections and end-of-shift briefings

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of security industry experience
- Valid British Columbia Security Licence
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid with AED certification
- MOAB certification and versatile availability
