Serve residents and guests in Cogir Senior Living’s welcoming dining room while delivering courteous service and memorable mealtime experiences. Work Monday through Friday on a split shift schedule.

As a Server, you will support dining services within a retirement residence serving independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. Your work includes dining room setup, meal service, tray delivery, table clearing, and cleaning support. You will also assist catering, special occasions, theme events, and current culinary employee orientation. The position supports Cogir’s focus on retiree happiness, human focus, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
- Set, clear, and maintain dining tables




- Deliver tray service when required
- Clean dishware, cutlery, kitchen, and dining areas
- Assist catering, events, training, and quality improvement activities

Requirements:

- Previous food service or senior experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
- Ability to stand or walk for most shifts
- Current or obtainable Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
