As a Delivery Specialist with easyhome, you will support retail operations while creating strong customer experiences. The work includes in-person, phone, and email engagement, merchandising and store maintenance, home deliveries, and customer concern resolution. You will also maintain the truck and finalize onsite paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers across multiple communication channels
- Deliver products to customers’ homes with excellent service
- Support store merchandising and maintenance activities
- Perform daily truck and store general maintenance
- Coordinate paperwork and address customer concerns onsite
Requirements:
- Full class driver’s license and good-standing driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds and move large goods
- Customer-facing experience with solid communication skills
- People- and results-oriented approach to customer satisfaction
- Ability to pass required background and verification checks
