As a Server with Sienna Senior Living, you will help create protected, clean, and pleasant dining experiences. You will support meal preparation and presentation, serve residents, and contribute to the culture of the home. This position requires one year of dining room service experience and Smart Serve or Serve It Right certification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set, serve, and clean tables through Ready, Set, Serve
- Assist food preparation and presentation under the Chef’s direction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation during food preparation and service




- Promote and track a la carte and wine service sales
- Participate in emergency drills and preparedness education sessions

Requirements:

- Smart Serve or Serve It Right designation required
- One year of dining room service experience
- Safe Food Handling Certification preferred
- Customer service skills with residents from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
