Serve LCBO customers in Toronto through friendly service, POS operation, and product replenishment during the 2026 holiday season. This is in office, part-time work.

As a fixed-term Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will support retail customers from November 16 through December 31, 2026. Paid online training develops customer service skills and introduces wine, beer, cider, and spirits. You will report to the Store Manager while helping maintain an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve customers promptly using the POS and Cash system
- Ask for donations during the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive inventory and replenish store stock
- Face shelves and maintain a clean, organized, safe store

Requirements:

- Work effectively with customers and teammates
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- At least 18 years old
- Available Friday evenings and weekend shifts
- Available December 25, December 26, and December 31
