This Internal Communications Manager role reports to the Chief People Officer and establishes the communication rhythm for a scaling organization. You will help employees understand company direction, mission importance, and their connection to the work. The role combines editorial leadership, executive counsel, and culture-focused communication.
Key Responsibilities: Tell stories about mission wins, launches, and team achievements
Define voice, tone, style guidelines, templates, and communication toolkits
Partner with People, Talent, and Rewards on employee programs
Coordinate internal and external messaging around major announcements
Measure reach,



engagement, feedback, and communication effectiveness
Requirements: Five or more years of internal or corporate communications experience
Proven senior executive advising and leadership writing experience
Solid project management and ownership across long-term initiatives
Proficiency with Slack, Microsoft 365, Teams, Share Point, and Confluence
Passion for culture and mission connection across multiple locations
Use storytelling, employee engagement, executive counsel, and measurement to strengthen communication across True Anomaly’s growing organization.
