Purpose & Summary:
To serve and provide exceptional service and hospitality to every customer in the restaurant while participating in team work ensuring absolute customer satisfaction. Servers are responsible for positive customer interactions while serving in a friendly and productive manner. Thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of BP’s menu and prices and can make recommendations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming customers immediately whenever possible
- Has thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and make suggestions to customers
- Take orders and serve food and/or beverage to customers
- Cashiering duties including preparing checks and processing
