Build Brodie League’s growth engine in Toronto through CRM architecture, AI automation, and measurable customer acquisition systems. This full time role is onsite preferred.
As a Go-to-Market Engineer in Growth, you will create systems supporting Brodie Rec. League across 35+ cities. Your work spans CRM data models, lifecycle automation, Python or Type Script, SQL, and compliant AI agents. You will help City Launchers run repeatable processes independently while reporting outcomes to the Sr. Director of Growth.
Key Responsibilities: Own CRM stages, routing, dashboards, hygiene, and source attribution
Build launch playbooks, affiliate structures, and weekly growth scorecards
Automate follow-up, referrals, reminders, reporting, and mass communications




Connect advertising and landing-page tracking to signed-team metrics
Document systems, record demonstrations, and train non-technical users
Requirements: Build daily with LLMs, agent tooling, APIs, and automation tools
Use Python or Type Script and SQL in production systems
Ship automation handling thousands of weekly leads or records
Understand consent, data access, deliverability, and approval gates
Be based in Toronto; Toronto headquarters attendance is preferred
