As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support a large-scale transformation program spanning solution design, data migration, system integration, testing, and implementation. The work requires collaboration with business teams, IT, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions
Facilitate stakeholder workshops across transformation activities
Document business and functional ERP/EAM requirements
Support data migration, integration, and testing activities
Collaborate with business, IT, and implementation partners
Requirements: At least 10 years of qualified IT experience
At least 5 years as a Business Analyst
At least 3 years with Oracle Fusion or IBM Maximo Saa S
Large-scale ERP, EAM, or billing transformation delivery experience
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
