The Administrative & Projects Coordinator supports Territorial Youth Secretaries and the Youth Department. The role manages departmental processes, projects, events, resources, and communications. Responsibilities include Microsoft Office work, website and social media management, graphic design, financial administration, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage correspondence, calendars, meetings, travel, and office operations
- Coordinate event scheduling, registrations, accommodations, materials, and follow-up
- Maintain confidential records, documentation, and departmental resources
- Administer invoices, expense claims, reconciliations, deposits, and payments
- Coordinate projects,

Requirements:

- Two-year post-secondary diploma in administration, communications, design, or related field
- At least three years of administrative or project coordination experience
- Proficiency preparing documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
- Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and confidentiality skills
- Emergency First Aid with CPR certification or willingness to obtain
