As Senior Manager, Capital Project Delivery, you will lead delivery for most Halifax Water capital projects. Reporting to the Director, Engineering & Capital Infrastructure, you will shape practices, select methodologies, and address contractual and construction matters with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project procurement and delivery methodologies for key projects
Coordinate with Procurement and Enterprise Risk Program leadership
Work closely with legal on contractual matters
Maintain relationships with consulting engineers and constructors
Ensure staff experience supports the full project range
Requirements: Civil Engineering post-secondary degree
Professional Engineer designation
Seven years of related municipal engineering experience
Progressively responsible career experience
Direct supervisory experience
Use your Qualified Engineer designation and municipal leadership background to guide procurement, construction, and capital project delivery.
