Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and closing conversations
Requirements: Three or more years of technical recruiting experience
Track record hiring software engineers and technical talent
Robust sourcing skills reaching passive candidates
Technical fluency across engineering and AI roles
Ability to work from Toronto office
