As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will learn Penske’s sales processes, technology, and business operations. Ongoing training and mentoring cover sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology. You will build a foundation for management while serving consumer, commercial, local, national, and Fortune 500 accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer solutions for consumer and commercial accounts
- Manage vehicle inventory, productivity, profitability, and satisfaction
- Generate recent business leads and foster customer relationships
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Marketing preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle-driving ability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-facing or sales internship experience preferred
- Results orientation, detail attention, and time management
