Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications for Fin Tech platforms.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.




Contribute to technical strategy and long-term vision for the engineering team.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in Fin Tech and software engineering.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
Extensive experience with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#).
Proven experience in designing and building scalable distributed systems.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and database technologies.
Experience in the Banking & Finance or Fin Tech industry is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
