The Vice President partners with Leadership and Construction & Engineering teams on the financial lifecycle of construction projects. This senior role oversees Cap Ex tracking, cash flow forecasting, change management, and project controls. It presents financial trends and variances to executive stakeholders while managing two direct reports.
Key Responsibilities: Track construction Cap Ex against project budgets and timelines
Identify cost differences, overruns, delays, and corrective initiatives
Monitor and authorize change orders and contract amendments
Develop baseline cost and Cap Ex forecasting models
