As Sandbox’s AI Solutions Developer, you will lead discovery, design, and implementation across the organization. You will work with generative AI, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, integrations, and automation frameworks. The position connects business challenges with practical, scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise discovery sessions for AI-enabled opportunities
Design scalable AI architectures and automation frameworks
Develop prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
Establish secure,
responsible AI governance practices
Guide training, coaching, and adoption initiatives
Requirements: Degree or diploma in a related field
Three to five years of relevant technology experience
Knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering
Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and integrations
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
