As a Service Now Solutions Specialist, you will work with business teams, Technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support the development, administration, integration, and continuous improvement of the Service Now platform. Your goal will be to deliver secure, scalable, and fit-for-purpose solutions that align with business needs, platform standards, and enterprise security requirements. Your Responsibilities:
Develop,



configure, administer, and support Service Now applications, workflows, forms, scripts, dashboards, and platform capabilities
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, assess solution options, and translate business needs into scalable Service Now solutions
Design, develop, and support integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and related technologies
Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve user experience, strengthen data quality, and increase the value delivered through the platform
Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex platform, application, integration, and performance issues
Plan and perform testing, coordinate user acceptance reviews, and support the controlled deployment of enhancements, patches, and upgrades
Develop and maintain platform analytics, reports, dashboards, and performance measures
Ensure Service Now solutions follow established security, architecture, change management, development, and platform governance standards
Maintain clear functional, technical, support, and process documentation
Collaborate with internal IT teams, business process owners, Service Now, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
Provide training, technical guidance, and knowledge
