As Project Controls Manager, you will establish standards, govern reporting, and coordinate controls activities across complex projects, programs, or portfolios. The work combines forecasting, change control, EVMS, performance analysis, and stakeholder coordination. You will also guide Project Controls Specialists and maintain interfaces across delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project controls processes, templates, standards, and reporting requirements
Lead cost, schedule, forecasting, change control, and EVMS activities
Prepare dashboards, forecasts, reports, and executive summaries
Analyze variance, risk,



and forecast data for corrective actions
Manage specialists’ priorities, workload, guidance, and delivery
Requirements: Degree or diploma in a related discipline
12+ years’ project controls, cost, scheduling, or program experience
Experience managing complex projects, programs, or portfolios
Advanced knowledge of EVMS, forecasting, risk, and performance reporting
Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, Excel, and Power BI
Apply project controls leadership, EVMS expertise, and performance analysis to support Atkins Réalis project delivery and governance.
