The Home Centre Clerk is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service while supporting the daily operations of the Home Centre. This position assists with merchandising, inventory control, product stocking, sales transactions, housekeeping, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Home Centre Clerk contributes to achieving sales and customer service goals while delivering a World Class Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, offering product recommendations,



and resolving concerns in a qualified and timely manner.
- Promote products, services, special orders, and current promotions while building positive customer relationships.
- Receive, unpack, organize, stock, and merchandise products according to established standards.
- Maintain attractive product displays, signage, pricing, and shelf presentation to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy.
