Reporting to Operations Leadership, the Project Manager (PM) leads complex digital signage, audio, and technology deployment projects from initial handoff through final sign-off. This is a strategic, high-ownership role requiring strong governance, budget oversight,



and proactive risk mitigation.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit —someone who takes full ownership of their projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks resourcefully when faced with unexpected hurdles, and drives continuous innovation within our operations. In addition to delivering projects on time and on budget, the PM will mentor Project Coordinators within their pod.
Your day-to-day
End-to-End Project Ownership: Take full accountability for the lifecycle of client rollouts, including scoping, timeline creation, milestone tracking, and budget management.
Dedicated Mentorship & Coaching: Pair with and mentor assigned Project Coordinator(s) (PCs); systematically delegate tactical tasks, impart technical and
