WHO WE ARE

Sid Lee is a multidisciplinary creative collective striving to make a difference and celebrating culture with bold ideas. Over 300 artisans work as one team from offices in Montreal, Toronto, Recent York, Paris, London, and San Francisco. ROLE

The production coordinator will work directly with the Production team, assisting them to ensure the highest level of client service across agency and in-house production work streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinating all communication on assigned projects
- Support all administrative requests - Purchase orders, scheduling, talent contracts, setting up vendors in finance.
- Make and keep track of the production calendar
- Manage production and post-production schedules
- Create calendars and booking resources and suppliers
