As Director, Site Management & Monitoring, you deliver assigned clinical interventional studies according to agreed budgets, resources, timelines, and applicable standards. You manage dedicated staff, guide Local Study Associate Directors and teams, and support study quality. The position emphasizes organizational leadership, study processes, and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise country-level study delivery targets for speed and quality
Ensure adequate staffing and direct-report development plans
Guide teams through major study commitments and key issues
Contribute to feasibility and process quality improvements




Coordinate local Medical Affairs collaboration and policy alignment
Requirements: Related bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
At least five years in Development Operations or related fields
Excellent organizational, analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written presentation communication skills
