As a Project Leader, you will manage medium-risk projects in a regulated environment across definition, concept development, execution, and decommissioning. You will lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting protected, quality-driven delivery. The work involves communicating with clients, suppliers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Manage medium-risk decommissioning projects through planning, execution, control, and close-out
Lead three to four projects totaling $5 M to $10 M annually
Develop scopes of work and procurement packages




Evaluate proposals and recommend preferred suppliers
Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance
Requirements: Engineering or Science degree, professional membership, or PMP certification
Seven years of project management experience in regulated environments
Experience across project definition, concept development, and decommissioning
Knowledge of nuclear codes, licensing, and environmental regulations
Advanced Microsoft Office and project management software knowledge
