What will you do?
- Provide world class client service to our valued clients
- Provide a proactive client experience with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail while coordinating with various departments and Portfolio Manager/Investment Advisor for execution, where necessary
- Follow-up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
- Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity through internal reports and applications
- Utilize contact management system for daily task management
