A General Manager / HVAC General Manager / Home Services General Manager is required to lead sales, operations, and financial performance for a high-volume residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service business in Raleigh, North Carolina.
This General Manager position offers significant operational autonomy, full P&L; responsibility, and the opportunity to drive business growth while developing a strong leadership team. You'll have the support of senior leadership, alongside a performance-based bonus, auto allowance, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.




The successful General Manager will have a strong background in residential home services, proven B2 C sales experience, and the commercial ability to improve revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
