Home support services are central to this Interior Health Community Health Worker position at Ashcroft Hospital and Health Centre. Work with Nurses and LPNs supporting clients.

This experienced Community Health Worker role is relief part time at 0.50 until the incumbent returns. You will help clients remain at home by assisting with personal care and daily living. The position includes rotating scheduled days and evenings from 07:00 to 15:30 and 13:00 to 21:30.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with personal care and daily living
- Complete bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene activities
- Prepare meals following designated client plans
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers
- Perform delegated tasks according to training and procedures

Requirements:

- Experience as a Community Health Worker
- Reliable, flexible, and motivated work approach
- Ability to support maximum client independence
- Availability for scheduled rotating shifts
- Ability to work with Nurses and LPNs

Deliver home support and daily living assistance while helping Interior Health clients maintain independence in Ashcroft, BC.
