This experienced analyst partners with leaders, customers, external stakeholders, and technical teams. The work spans requirements analysis, Agile delivery, system integrations, enterprise applications, and digital transformation. The position supports initiatives from concept through implementation while improving operational efficiency and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
Translate needs into specifications, user stories, and process flows
Document BRDs, workflows, process maps, and sequence diagrams
Support testing strategies, test data,



and User Acceptance Testing
Manage priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken French and English
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Five or more years of Business Analyst experience
Solid requirements documentation and analysis experience
Experience with Agile teams and full SDLC delivery
