Lead Sephora’s sales floor experience at Millstream Village, using client service and selling-model expertise across beauty departments. This is a full time position in Langford, British Columbia.

The Stage Experience Lead oversees assigned Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare departments within Sephora BC-Millstream Village. This role supports selling-model execution, client feedback, interactive technology training, events, performance coaching, and store business objectives. Success depends on clear communication and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee assigned sales floor departments within the Sephora location
- Ensure cast execute Sephora’s selling model consistently
- Respond to client feedback and action related issues




- Support interactive technology training and in-store events
- Coach performance and participate in regular check-ins

Requirements:

- One to three years’ similar-role experience at comparable volume
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Ability to attract and identify talented store leaders
- Ability to train and develop cast to drive sales
