Multiquip is seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Parts Sales Coordinator to support our customers, dealers, and sales teams through exceptional service and accurate order processing. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, provide parts availability and pricing information, process quotations and orders, and support customers throughout the order lifecycle.

What You'll Do
- Respond to a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email regarding parts availability, pricing, lead times, and order status.
- Support outside sales representatives and customers within the assigned region.
- Prepare and enter customer quotations into SAP while ensuring accurate pricing and product availability.
- Maintain and save all quotations and customer records in SAP.
- Process customer sales orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing,
