Key Responsibilities: Originate, develop, and deliver value-creating capital projects
Manage scope, estimates, schedules, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Align operations, maintenance, EHS, vendors, and contractors
Manage safety, environmental compliance, risk, cost, and change




Coach an early-career project manager and share practices
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
Five-plus years in manufacturing or heavy industrial operations
Three-plus years leading full-lifecycle capital projects
Demonstrated people leadership through teams, mentoring, or contractors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
