Build Accounts Payable experience with Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. in Toronto through SAP, Basware, and intermediate Excel. This hybrid placement runs January through April 2027.

The Accounts Payable Co-op supports Lindt Canada’s Accounts Payable team during the Winter 2027 term. You will match invoices and receipts, process indirect expenses, and handle vendor inquiries. The placement also involves reconciliation, foreign currencies, and cross-functional collaboration with Intercompany factories, Supply Planning, and Packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Match Intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
- Match co-pack, labor, and packaging invoices in SAP
- Process indirect expenses in Basware




- Reconcile statements and handle Accounts Payable vendor inquiries
- Collaborate with factories, Supply Planning, and Packaging teams

Requirements:

- Current finance or accounting co-operative program enrollment
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
- Intermediate Excel, including VLookup and Pivot tables
- Organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills
