We are seeking a full-time Financial Controller to join our team Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the successful candidate is responsible for the various aspects of financial reporting relating to the portfolio of Edison Properties, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and associated reconciliations, journal entries,
financial budgets, and reports supporting the Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) Above the Guidelines applications. Preparation of internal and external reports for the Board of Directors. This role leads the Finance team, ensures accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, and supports budgeting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
