Build Pak Factory’s digital product foundation through platform strategy, rigorous requirements, and agile execution at the Markham office. This is fully on-site.
As the founding Senior Product Manager, you will establish the digital portfolio from scratch alongside leadership. You will own the web rebuild, customer portal, and vendor portal from problem definition through shipped software. Your work connects business vision with UX flows, feature specifications, user stories, and predictable delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Drive digital portfolio vision, roadmaps, and requirements
Define workflows, epics, feature specifications, and user stories
Partner with the CEO on product strategy decisions
Establish sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standups




Hold development partners accountable for quality and scope
Requirements: Five to eight-plus years of product and delivery experience
Complex B2 B, e-commerce, or Saa S launch experience
Comfort with ambiguity, quick iteration, and high ownership
Ability to assess architecture, estimates, and technical trade-offs
Mastery of agile tools and software lifecycle concepts
Use structured thinking, technical depth, and product leadership to build Pak Factory’s platform portfolio from the ground up.
