StoryBook Theatre seeks instructors for its Winter Theatre School Programming. Applicants should have experience teaching youth or adults and proficiency in at least one listed discipline. The work suits organized educators who can create and follow lesson plans using a provided curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Acting, Voice, and/or Dance classes
- Work with youth and/or adults in theatre programming
- Create lesson plans using the given curriculum
- Follow lesson plans throughout scheduled classes
- Manage classrooms with clear communication
Requirements:
- Two or more years of post-secondary Fine Arts or Education
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered
- Experience teaching youth and/or adults
- Proficiency in Acting, Voice, or Dance
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
