As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will build backend services powering payments, cards, spend management, and compliance infrastructure. You will work with RESTful and Graph QL APIs, databases, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms. The work spans production engineering, AI-assisted features, security, and globally distributed collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Design scalable services processing transactions across 20+ countries
Write tested production code and participate in reviews
Build APIs using REST, Graph QL, g RPC, and queues
Integrate reliable LLM features into backend services




Monitor services and respond during on-call incidents
Requirements: Five-plus years building and operating backend production systems
Proficiency in Go, Python, or Node.js/Type Script
Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
Postgre SQL schema design, optimization, and data modeling experience
Cloud, containers, CI/CD, and third-party API integration experience
