Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize vehicles for production needs
- Guide, coach, and support Detailers hands-on
- Complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Perform polishing and advanced trained detailing work
- Inspect completed vehicles against Kirmac quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous automotive detailing experience
- Solid attention to detail and quality pride
- Ability to lead, coach, and work alongside teams
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Valid Canadian driver’s licence
