This senior opportunity suits an engineer with over 10 years of progressive traffic or transportation engineering experience. You will lead multidisciplinary delivery, advise clients, develop business, and mentor technical staff. The work spans traffic operations, parking, safety, modelling, and transportation planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary traffic engineering and transportation operations project teams
Direct traffic impact studies, parking assessments, and signal optimization
Oversee roadway safety audits and high-collision location reviews
Represent Dillon in consultations,



stakeholder programs, and presentations
Develop market strategies and secure new business opportunities
Requirements: Degree in civil engineering or transportation engineering
Ontario Qualified Engineer license or eligibility for registration
Over 10 years of progressive traffic engineering experience
At least six years managing projects
Knowledge of Synchro, Sim Traffic, VISSIM, HCS, TAC, or OTM
Bring senior project leadership, traffic expertise, business development, and mentorship to Dillon’s integrated mobility practice.
