Lead SV Law’s marketing strategy and business development initiatives across Guelph, Elora, Waterloo, and surrounding communities. Guide brand growth through strategic planning and hands-on execution.
As SV Law’s first Director of Marketing, you will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and work with Management Team members and Practice Group Leads. Your mandate includes client growth, new business development, brand development, and firm-wide execution. You will supervise one marketing staff member while supporting the Firm’s Strategic Plan.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies aligned with SV Law’s Strategic Plan
Deliver campaigns, communications, advertising, social media, and events
Strengthen marketing systems, processes, and service standards
Manage agencies, vendors, budgets,



and performance indicators
Supervise and coach one marketing staff member
Requirements: 10+ years of experience, including 5+ leadership years
Professional services or complex B2 B marketing experience
Marketing, communications, business, or related undergraduate degree
Strategic, branding, digital, public relations, and events expertise
Robust communication, coaching, analytical, and financial reporting skills
Bring strategic marketing leadership, business development expertise, and brand stewardship to SV Law’s continued growth across Southwestern Ontario.
