The Maintenance Manager directs daily maintenance planning and execution for production equipment. This leadership role supports equipment reliability, production efficiency, and technical service. You will guide maintenance employees and third-party contractors while coordinating with Wonderbrands’ corporate maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities: Direct preventive maintenance and production equipment repairs
Drive measurable process improvements and line efficiency

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical DEC
Three to five years managing production facility maintenance
