Canada Post seeks a Director, Engineering & Maintenance (West) to direct plant-level teams and resources. This permanent, full-time position oversees maintenance strategies, asset life cycles, equipment reliability, and operational support. You will develop talent through coaching, succession planning, training, and career development while managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain safety culture through visible leadership
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance execution
Partner with Operations leadership on equipment reliability




Identify asset replacement and life extension requirements
Drive process excellence and manage organizational resources
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Seven to ten years’ manufacturing experience
Unionized environment experience and people management experience
Safety leadership experience in an industrial environment
Provincial skilled engineering designation eligibility
