Your future role on our team
Join BBA in the Strategic Marketing and Communications team as a Team Lead, Marketing Digital Platforms. In this role, you'll take charge of our website, our Brand Center and our GEO/SEO strategy, and play an active role in assessing a future CRM with our sales team.
You'll be the platforms expert on the team, making sure they perform, deliver a quality experience and carry accurate information at all times. Digital is moving fast, and we'll be counting on you to make sure our platforms keep pace. You'll work closely with colleagues responsible for content and the corporate narrative, and act as the bridge with IT and our external digital partners.
You'll be able to count on a team of three (a senior technical web advisor, a web content and advertising advisor, and a coordinator) to deliver day to day.

Steer the evolution of with our web partner: roadmap, priorities and releases
Oversee the experience and performance of our platforms, guiding the monitoring done by your team, analyzing results and recommending improvements
Advise on user experience and site architecture: navigation, user journeys, pillar pages and structured data
Deliver our GEO/SEO strategy with our partners to strengthen BBA's presence in search results and AI-generated answers
Act as the bridge between the brand team, Brand Center users and IT, advising on architecture, metadata, permissions and governance
Ensure the Brand Center (Share Point) fits within BBA's Enterprise Content Management strategy, and guide your team in configuring its repositories
Play an active role in assessing a future CRM with the sales team: needs, integrations, data and governance




Identify AI tools that can help the team and guide their use
Lead the platforms team, manage digital projects (timelines, budgets, vendors) and report on performance to leadership

Summary of certifications and job requirements
From 10-15 years of experience in digital platforms, IT analysis, marketing technology or a similar role
Degree in computer science, information systems, digital marketing or a related field
Proven experience managing digital projects with vendors and IT teams
Experience leading a team, ideally in a professional services environment
Strong command of a CMS and web fundamentals (HTML, site structure, hosting, integrations)
Solid Share Point experience: architecture, metadata, permissions and governance
Strong skills in web analytics (GA4, Search Console or equivalent) and technical SEO
Knowledge of GEO and strong familiarity with generative AI tools
CRM experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, Hub Spot or other), a strong asset
Ability to speak IT's language and translate it for managers
Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
