Responsibilities span recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee development, performance reviews, and personnel records. Key Responsibilities: Implement HR operational strategies and business project initiatives
Maintain electronic employee records and filing retrieval systems
Process benefits, qualifying events, promotions, and demotions
Administer leaves, trackers, benefit payments, and COBRA transfers
Analyze exit interviews and support performance reviews
Requirements: Two to five years of union-environment experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience required
Experience with HRIS and payrolling systems
UKG or similar software experience preferred
Solid planning, analysis, organization, and communication skills
