This experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer will guide projects from concept through realization for next-generation manufacturing systems. The work combines mechanical design, robotics, automation, complex machinery, and manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with electrical, controls, software, and project engineering specialists.
Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design for advanced manufacturing systems and industrial robots
Design complex assemblies, subsystems, and components using advanced 3 D CAD
Perform stress, agile, kinematic, and thermal engineering analyses
Oversee mechanical, electrical,



and control system integration
Mentor junior mechanical engineers within the remote team
Requirements: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years’ mechanical design and automation experience
Experience designing complex machinery, robotics, or automated equipment
Advanced 3 D CAD and PDM or PLM proficiency
CAE experience with FEA and CFD analysis tools
