The Shift Leader supports restaurant managers with daily operations and helps set the tone for memorable guest experiences. You will communicate through 7Shifts, train team members, and help achieve location goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt guest service
- Support accurate product production, service times, and shift flow
- Maintain organized, stocked, clean, and sanitized restaurant areas
- Train team members on station processes and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders under direction

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of restaurant experience
- Friendly, outgoing, approachable personality
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
