Paladin Security seeks a Security Guard for a campus serving students, employees, and visitors daily. Patrols may use foot, bicycle, or motor vehicle methods. The work includes monitoring activities, responding to incidents, documenting investigations, and supporting emergency services during critical events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol campus grounds by foot, bicycle, or motor vehicle
- Enforce college policies, safety codes, and regulations
- Respond to breaches, disturbances, thefts, and safety hazards
- Document investigations with photographs, videos, and detailed reports
- Assist campus members while liaising with emergency services
Requirements:
- At least one year of security or related experience
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence and clean three-year abstract
- Intermediate First Aid plus CPR AED certification
- Robust customer service, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Ability to patrol outdoors and remain effective during emergencies
