This Lawyer position focuses on representing clients throughout audits, objections, appeals, and litigation. You will conduct sophisticated legal research, prepare high-quality submissions, and provide strategic guidance as a trusted advisor. BDO Law seeks at least three years of tax law experience from a leading national, regional, boutique, accounting, or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary client contact with tax authorities
Prepare written representations and advocacy materials at every stage
Research complex tax matters and draft legal opinions
Manage engagement budgets, fee estimates,



and file completion
Build referrals across BDO Canada service lines
Requirements: Membership in good standing with a Canadian law society
Minimum three years of tax law practice experience
