Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for up to two Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) replacement program or contract-to-hire into a full time permanent EPCOR employee position within their Major Capital Project area.
Position Description
Discovery/Design Sessions – Supporting the organization and the Systems Integrator as they embark on 700+ global design workshops in 2027 to form the foundation prior to starting the phased project.
Miscellaneous Project Activities – Supporting priority tasks as needed, potentially taking on multiple roles to ensure project success.
System Requirements – Lead end user requirements workshops and document best practice requirements.
Data Migration – Work with business and IT to identify data requirements for data migration from existing legacy system into the new ERP/EAM.
If the program is approved to proceed at the end of 2026, work as part of the program team starting 2027+ over multiple years (up to 5+ years) working on the full program lifecycle from requirements, confirming design meets end user needs, data migration analyst, support for QA (testing phases) and end user knowledge
