This Audit Manager II leads specialized audit work across TD’s Audit line of business. The position requires model audit, validation, governance, and performance-monitoring knowledge, alongside Python, SQL, SAS, R, MATLAB, or VBA proficiency. You will assess model assumptions, data quality, explainability, fairness, robustness, and limitations while communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead specialized model audits and independent reviews
Assess model design, validation, implementation, and monitoring
Prepare planning memoranda, control matrices, findings grids, and reports




Communicate audit issues and recommendations to senior management
Coach team members and enhance audit methodologies
Requirements: Undergraduate degree required
Seven or more years of relevant quantitative experience
