We are a small, friendly construction company based in Peterborough looking for an experienced and reliable Kitchen Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent carpentry skills, and the ability to work efficiently to install kitchens in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and fit kitchen units, worktops, and appliances in residential and commercial projects
- Measure and prepare the kitchen area for installation
- Assemble and install cabinetry, ensuring a high standard of finish
- Carry out plumbing and electrical work where necessary, or work with contractors to complete these tasks
- Ensure all work meets building regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Liaise with clients, ensuring all requirements are met and any issues are addressed promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and keep clients informed of progress

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter,



Joiner, or Carpenter
- Solid knowledge of kitchen installation and fitting techniques
- Experience in working with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret kitchen plans and technical drawings
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, or willingness to work alongside qualified contractors
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Full UK driving license (required for travel to various job sites)
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, proactive approach to work with a strong work ethic
